WHEN MAKING MY ORDER
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are free for destinations in Peninsular Spain. For the Canary and Balear Islands, and Ceuta and Melilla, there may be a surcharge depending on the type of article. For destinations outside Spain, there will be an additional variable expense depending on the area and the article. It will always be indicated during the purchase process.
What places do you send products to?
We work with all destinations, without any borders.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfers or PayPal.
How to know that the order has been placed?
As soon as you finish the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will also contact you to inform you of the status of your order and answer any questions you may have.
When is the order sent?
Depending on the nature of the item you purchased, it may take 1 to 3 days to have it ready. For special pieces and pieces of furniture, the term will be longer and we will contact you directly to specify the details and deadlines.
How much time will the order last?
For national orders, the time will be between 3 and 7 days, depending on the destination. For Europe, shipping will take between 5 and 10 days, depending on the country of destination. For international destinations, shipping may take up to 20 or 25 days. In any case, we will inform about delivery times and order tracking.
Can I personally pick up my order?
Of course, if you prefer to pick up your order personally, you are welcome to our studio, ask us for an appointment. The address is as follows: Calle Nicolás Morales No. 38-40, 2nd floor, studio 7, 28019 Madrid, Spain.
Where is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered at the address you provided during the purchase process. If you are not at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you to agree on a new time / date of delivery. If for any reason you want to change the shipping address, contact us.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order from your account. To do this, go to your client account and check the status of your order.
Our team will keep you informed of the status of your order and will provide you with the necessary information to track your shipment.
Remember that once your order has been sent you will not be able to cancel it.
ON DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
What to do when receiving the order?
Check the contents of the package and, if necessary, write the reservations on the delivery note of the carrier.
What should I do if I realize that I made a mistake in my order?
Contact us, surely we found a solution.
What to do if the material is damaged?
If you receive your product damaged, the simplest is to refuse it, or leave a note on the state of the material received on the delivery note of the carrier. It is important that you take photos of the damaged packages in which the damage and the identification labels of the carrier clearly appear and that you send us all the information within 48 hours of the delivery of the order.
How are incidents resolved?
At enPieza we offer you several options: repair, replacement or refund.
Our customer service will keep you informed of all the steps and processes to follow.
Can I return the order?
If after receiving the order, for any reason, you wish to return the order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note that you cannot make returns of custom-made or customized parts.

In case of returning my order,when do you refund me?
Once we receive the product in enPieza and confirm the good status of the order, we will proceed to the payment of the amount of the products returned within a period of 4/7 days, excluding shipping costs generated in the initial order.
