From enPieza we recommend fixing and / or securing the furniture to avoid possible damages because serious or fatal injuries can occur if a piece of furniture turns over. Even after assembly, certain precautions must be maintained:

- Check the stability of the furniture.

- Do not allow children to climb furniture and open more than one drawer at a time.

enPieza is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by not following the aforementioned recommendations.



5. Availability and Substitutions 

enPieza aims to guarantee the availability of all the products that are advertised through www.enpieza.com. However, in the case that any requested product is not available or if it has been sold out, the customer will be informed within 24/48 hours of placing the order. If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of that, enPieza may supply a product of similar characteristics without price increase, in which case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract. In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund, will be made within 4/7 days.



6. Purchase and / or Contracting Process

To make any purchase at www.enpieza.com, it is necessary for the customer to be of legal age.

In addition, it will be necessary for the client to register at www.enpieza.com through a data collection form in which the necessary information for the purchase is provided to enPieza; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about your identity and that the client must expressly consent by accepting the enPieza privacy policy.

7. Delivery

The order will be delivered to the indicated address at the time of the purchase. If the user prefers, the order can be picked up at Calle Nicolás Morales 38-40, 28019 Madrid, Spain.



Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order, through the courier or transport agency indicated during the purchase process. The order will be considered delivered at the time the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and he signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the good status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.

The maximum delivery time is variable depending on the destination of the order. An estimated delivery period will be stipulated during the purchase process. enPieza will always keep the customer informed of the status of his order.



As soon as the consumer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred. Therefore, it is important:

- Do not sign the delivery note until you have not checked the contents of the packages and the condition of the merchandise

8. Prices, shipping costs and Taxes

The prices of the products that are announced on www.enpieza.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same and whatever the destination of the order.

The final prices of all products, (and where appropriate, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the items that appear in the catalog of www.enpiece.com.

• Products have VAT included.

• The VAT rate is 21%, except for those companies that are registered in the Registry of Intra-Community Operations.

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be assumed by the end customer, in the case of individuals.

• Return costs: return costs will be assumed by the customer. If the cancellation of the order is communicated before sending it, the customer will be exempt from any expense.

Product prices may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of the order placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before he formalizes the purchase.



9. Payment forms

a. Credit or debit card

You can make the payment immediately through the secure SSL payment gateway of our Bank. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card. Both personal and bank data will be protected with all security measures established by the Organic Law on Data Protection 15/1999 and its Development Regulations with complete confidentiality.

enPieza accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. When placing the order, the customer will provide the details of his card, which will be stored directly in Gateway 4B during the purchase process. enPieza does not store information regarding bank cards. For internal reasons of the company, the collection management is carried out through Banco Sabadell, without this having any significance for the client.


b. By Bank transfer

Through cash or bank transfer in favor of ENPIEZA ESTUDIO, S.L., in the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. You must indicate at the time of the transfer the name of the customer and order number.

Orders that are not paid within 15 days of order confirmation will be automatically canceled.


c. PayPal

The payment of the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. For this, it will be essential to have a PayPal account.



10. Return and withdrawal policy

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the order without indicating the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, which approves the referenced text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In the case of custom made projects and parts made to order, returns will not be accepted.

During this period, the consumer will inform enPieza of his decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to info@enpieza.com indicating their first and last names and order number or by calling (+34) 911968571.

enPieza will communicate to the consumer an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal. To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its corresponding original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used and / or assembled or fixed.

Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return. The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.

Once the merchandise is returned and its status has been verified by enPieza, the amount already paid by the customer will be returned within a maximum period of 4/7 business days from the date of return of the merchandise, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for your subscription.



No product manipulated by the customer and / or in bad use, breakage, etc ... will be changed or paid. In the case of a defective product, shipping costs will have an impact on enPieza. In the other cases, these will be assumed by the client. If the cancellation of the order is communicated before sending it, the customer will be exempt from any expense. If a product is replaced, it may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, although in any case an improved version or model, given that the products are subject to continuous improvement. If the product is in good condition, but if the packaging (box, plastic or packaging) in which the product is found, does not have a good condition, the return will not be accepted; the same will happen otherwise. Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by enPieza through our courier service.



There are several reasons why products can be returned. You should know that there are certain conditions that should be met or taken into account according to the return method.


A. For withdrawal of product purchase

The return of our products (withdrawal of the purchase) is accepted, provided that 14 days have not elapsed from the receipt of the product and as long as the product is in the same state in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, screws and keys) and original packaging. It must be presented in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, smelling, mistreated or caused damage. Only returns of products that have not been assembled, used, or modified in any of its parts and that keep the original packaging in perfect condition (essential to process any return) will be accepted.

Once the product has been received, enPieza will proceed with the refund of the purchase amount except for transport costs. (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007)

* Returns of material for any reason not attributable to enPieza in whose initial order the product was purchased with the free shipping promotion, the amount corresponding to the shipment will be discounted, depending on the amount of material / weight / number of returned packages.

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on custom or customized products.

The refund will be made in the next 4/7 business days after receiving the returned product in the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used in the purchase.

The customer who wishes to withdraw a merchandise must pay all transport costs, both shipping and return.


B. Due to breakage / product damage during shipping

The goods must be checked by the customer. In case of receiving any product damaged during transport or if it presents any type of defect, the customer has a period of 48 hours to claim from the reception of the order through his customer account to our After Sales Department and make the claim. If the damages are not reported within that period, the claim will be automatically rejected.

In the event that the merchandise is received by a third party, the buyer agrees to inform him/her that the merchandise must be reviewed. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage if someone signs on your behalf and does not perform the relevant checks.


ATTENTION: For any type of return you must keep the original packaging boxes. Otherwise, no refund will be processed.

You will have to send by email, photos that clearly identify the damage of the material, the packaging where you can clearly see the damage / bumps / breaks and the carrier's label (all photos are essential for any claim).

enPieza will process a claim and a refund of the amount or replacement of material, and will inform you at all times of its status.


C. Product defect / failure (warranty)

All products purchased in our online store come with a 2 year warranty. The warranty start date is the one on the purchase invoice. The guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, improper use or manipulation, other than those indicated in the user manuals, improper installation not carried out by the authorized technical service where appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. Color deterioration due to exposure of the product to the action of sunrays or other sources of heat

Once the product is received in our warehouses, we will proceed to verify the status of said product. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and carry out the corresponding repair.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

enPieza will personally assess whether a refund of the amount or replacement of material corresponds, and will keep you informed at all times.


D. For failure / error of order delivery:

When the no reception of any product has been detected in the shipment, the product differs from what was requested or does not comply with the demanded characteristics that appear on the website, the customer has a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the same to notify the incidence.

In the event that the product sent does not correspond to the one that the customer has requested, enPieza will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one.

11. Warranty

Products purchased through www.enpieza.com have a 2-year warranty period from the time of delivery, covering possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdown produced during that period.

The user must inform enPieza of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

The buyer has a 2-year warranty, which will take effect taking into account the purchase date detailed in the sales invoice. Upon request, an extension of the guarantee could be assessed or a personalized project guarantee offered, after evaluating the application conditions. enPieza is not responsible for damages caused by a non-professional installation, products modified or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorized by the manufacturer; as well as for improper use, manipulation and / or apparent signs of improper treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced, must always correspond to the one sent by enPieza attaching the delivery note and / or invoice. In case of repair of a product, the customer can manage the repair directly, processing it and making the shipment. To do this, you must contact enPieza and request the necessary instructions. It is important that returns to technical support are made perfectly packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the packaging and the original protections. If the product arrives at the enPieza facilities with damage due to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. In case of not having the original packaging, the customer must use a strong and sufficiently sized box that allows the introduction of the equipment with ease; It is recommended that the customer introduce under, over and around the product, enough protective material (bubble paper or paper bags or foam, etc...), in order to prevent any movement of the product inside the packaging.

Deficiencies caused by improper use or manipulation, improper installation or defects arising from any external cause are excluded from the guarantees.

To avoid problems with the installation or handling of the purchased product, make sure you have followed the installation and operating instructions.



The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, abnormal use of the product, accidental falls or improper use by individuals or companies not authorized by enPieza. Similarly, it does not cover wear for hours or improper use of hours or negligence before or during use, as well as breakages caused by improper installation or handling and storage. Claims for natural loss of brightness or degradation thereof are exempt from warranty coverage. enPieza reserves the right to study each product returned by independent specialists, the guarantee being exempt in case of demonstration, by the competent authorities the breakage has been caused by the customer, as well as the partial breakage of the product to force the use of the guarantee for the return or refund of the product; In these cases, the expert's expenses will be borne by the client. enPieza is not obliged to compensate the client or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to goods outside the product or loss of profit.



• Returns will not be accepted for warranty on damaged items and / or product malfunction due to their misuse. • When the indicated defects are due to abnormal or inappropriate use; normal wear or aging; an accidental event or, more generally, to an external cause (such as the intervention of an unauthorized third party in the product). 

• When the product shows clear signs of a use that exceeds its capabilities, as well as an obvious abuse in the form of blows or deterioration caused by corrosive liquids or substances, as well as any other anomaly attributable to the consumer. 

• enPieza products are designed and manufactured for your private use (homes and indoor areas), not collective, so the warranty is limited in those cases where the use is intended for hospitality (restaurants, cafes, hotels, public spaces of clubs, terraces for public use, among others), unless otherwise mentioned. 

• Returns of products with slight damage or differences in the final finish with respect to the photographs published on the web are not accepted. Because natural materials are used, it is accepted that there may be possible imperfections in the materials. enPieza chooses the best materials to avoid these cases. 

• Some products that by their nature have warranty seals. Its manipulation or withdrawal voids the warranty.



12. Responsibility and Disclaimer

The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title. IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

If the product is not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both being free for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products.

If the repair is completed and the product delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract.

The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. The language used will be Spanish.
