1 HOW TO REGISTER
Click on the section (access your client account) located in the upper right of the web page.
Then in "Don't have an account? Create one here"
Fill in the data and click on "save"
You will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.
"We adhere to current data protection regulations and we will not provide your data to third parties."
You can modify or complete you r data at any time, accessing your customer account.
2 HOW TO ORDER
Access your account, to do this click on the section (access your customer account)
Fill in the email and password fields.
Now that you have entered your account, click on menu and then on the store category where our items are available.
Once you have choosen the article, click on the "Add to cart" button on the article page.
A pop-up window will appear with information that the item has been successfully added to the shopping cart.
You can continue shopping by pressing "Continue shopping" or complete the order by pressing "Checkout"
When you click on "checkout" a form will appear to tell us which address you want us to send your order.
Then complete the requested information.
4 SHIPPING METHOD
Select the carrier and press the "continue" button.
You can make the payment by bank cards, money transfer or PayPal.
The platforms guarantee the privacy of the information and protect your information during the data transmission process, offering secure transactions.
For payments by bank card, the payment platform will ask you to enter your card details in addition to some personal information such as your name, surname or ID.

Once the payment is made you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the purchase process is finished, you can access the purchase summary by clicking on the "History and details of my orders."

7 DELIVERY TIME
We are committed to a delivery time in order to do everything possible to meet and even improve your expectations.
The delivery time is variable depending on the destination of the order. An estimated delivery period will be stipulated during the purchase process. We will keep you informed of the status of your order.
Once the order is placed you can check the status by accessing your account in the "History and details of my orders" section. Updates of the order are made once we have confirmed the order.
