Before the item has been shipped, you have the right to cancel one or more of the items included in your order. Contact us and follow the steps that we indicate. Once you finish the cancellation process we will proceed to make the refund using the same method that was used for the payment. The amount will be returned within 4/7 days.
Remember that custom-made or customized items cannot be canceled if they are already in the manufacturing process.
You can return the product within 14 days from when the item was delivered or you removed it in our studio. The product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, unused and with its original packaging and labels. The return of those custom orders will not be accepted. Contact us and follow the instructions.
Once we receive the product in enPieza and confirm the status of the product, the amount of the products returned will be paid within 4/7 days, excluding shipping costs generated in the initial order.
Shipping costs generated by the return of an item will be borne by the buyer.
Products damaged during transport
If you notice any damage or blow in the box when receiving the order, state the problem on the delivery note of the transport company (Example; “Damaged package”) and return the box without opening to the carrier; Report the incident immediately to our team.
If an item arrives incorrect
If at any time, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact us.
Return conditions for customized products

Customization means that we cannot accept returns except in the case where there are manufacturing defects.
